Welcome to Casa Flora, our guesthouse, developed and managed by the Omar do Rio team.

Casa Flora has a unique Greek-style architecture, built by a Swedish architect over 80 years ago. In recent years the house has been practically abandoned and we have taken on the challenge of rescuing this beautiful work of art in Búzios so that we can use it with our friends and guests.

So make yourself at home, we want you to enjoy the space that we have taken care of with great care.


Discover serenity and freshness in our green suite. This room is an oasis of tranquillity and renewal. The green hue brings a sense of harmony, nature and balance, enveloping you in a relaxing and invigorating atmosphere. Enjoy a stay that invites calm and rejuvenation, perfect for those seeking a haven full of peace.

The suite is equipped with a double bed, dressing room, air conditioning, minibar, Smart TV and blackout curtain. Enjoy your private balcony in the suite, an exclusive space to relax under the Búzios sun.

Casa Flora has a leisure area complete with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace and even a stage! It was designed to host small events, but we don't allow visitors, only guests and occasional guests with our prior authorization.

All the suites have a minibar, but we also have a well-equipped and well-kept shared kitchen that is at our guests' disposal.


During your stay you can count on the help of our very dear Pedro, a member of our team who lives on site and will be on hand to help you at any time. Check-in always tends to be in person so that we can show you all the details of the house and your room, but when this isn't possible, you can check in automatically using the digital locks we have installed in the house, so you won't need keys :)

2) No smoking in the Suite and closed areas.
3) Events and loud music are not allowed.
4) Respect the common space and other guests.
5) For security reasons, all guests must send a copy of documents before check-in and the same will only be released after sending this information. Visitors are not allowed, for any release of family members etc, please ask our team 24 hours in advance.
6) Pets are allowed, with an additional cost of R$50.00 per night. The pet cannot be left loose in the common area, and must remain on a leash and in the presence of the owner at all times. The owner is also responsible for the eventual cleaning of his pet's needs during the stay.

I highly recommend this amazing villa! First of all, because of the beauty of the place, there are amazing rooms with air conditioning and an excellent shower. A large and luxurious kitchen (nothing missing) and a very worthwhile pool with cool seating areas in every corner. Despite all the good things I mentioned here, the thing that made our experience the best is the manager of the place named Pedro who simply became our friend and was an amazing answer to everything and need. This price completely cheap price for the value you get. Thanks for everything Pedro, Hedi&Yuval (Israel)

Se encuentra en una zona residencial muy linda, y tranquila, cerca de Manguinhos, y la avenida principal con varios comericios, está distante del centro, pero lo anterior brinda tranquilidad e independencia del centro. La suite era tal cual las fotos, y hay tantos lugares de uso común que podias conservar la privacidad. Quien estaba a cargo de recibirnos fué muy amable, cordial y servicial en toda la estadía. Sin dudas volvería.

Manguinhos é um bairro muito legal de Búzios. Descendo a rua, cai direto na praia. A dica é ver o cair do sol, além dos restaurantes incríveis!!! E uma casa bem grande, ambiente super familiar e eles disponibilizam alguns quartos. Temos acesso a cozinha completa que fica na parte inferior e a piscina que pode ser usada a qq hora. O quarto é bem amplo e confortável. O nosso tinha uma área externa bem gostosa! Apenas duas observações: A ducha poderia ser mais forte e a porta que da para área externa um pouco mais reservada.
