- Every Friday, the apartment’s pool is cleaned by an outside contractor. He will need access to the accommodation.

At the SOHO Building condominium:

- The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Cleaning and maintenance of the shared pool take place on Fridays.

- The building has security cameras in common areas, including the entrance and hallways. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

We hope you feel welcome in our space. Please remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the property, the neighbors, and the general rules of good neighborliness. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension and/or cancellation of your rental.

- You must submit identification documents and facial recognition data for all guests included in the reservation prior to the check-in date. Without this information, you will not be able to check in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

- Visitors are not permitted at this property.

- After 10:00 PM, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- In the event of loss of the garage remote control and gate tag, a fee of R$ 110.00 will be charged to the rental holder.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please observe the noise ordinance between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

- Our accommodations include basic bathroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen supplies, such as oil, salt, sugar, and sweetener. These items are not restocked during your stay.

- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash, or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.

- Do not use bedding or towels to wipe off makeup, sunscreen, blood, or other products.

- Fines imposed on the unit by the condominium management due to tenant behavior—such as loud noise, misconduct, or behavior that violates the community rules—will be charged to the tenant.

- When ordering delivery, please go down to the front desk to pick up your packages. Delivery personnel are not permitted inside the condominium.

- Pets (up to 5 kg) are allowed upon request.
