In the accommodation, you will find:

Studio: double bed (188 cm x 138 cm), sofa, air conditioning, 43" smart TV, blackout curtains, closet with hangers, full-length mirror, and dining table with chairs.

Kitchen: refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, kettle and kitchen utensils.

The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a wired connection, as wireless connections are subject to signal loss. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctions on the part of the service provider.

We hope you feel welcome in our space. Please remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the property, the neighbors, and the general rules of good neighborliness. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension and/or cancellation of your rental.

- You must provide identification and facial recognition data for all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, you will not be able to check in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- All visitors must submit a form of identification at least 24 hours in advance, subject to the maximum occupancy limit for the accommodation.

- After 10:00 PM, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- Our accommodations include basic bathroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen supplies, such as oil, salt, sugar, and sweetener. These items are not restocked during your stay.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please observe the noise ordinance between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash, or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.

- Do not use bedding or towels to wipe off makeup, sunscreen, blood, or other products.

- Please respect the condominium’s community guidelines: walking around in swimwear in common areas and elevators is not permitted.

- Fines imposed on the unit by the condominium management due to tenant behavior—such as loud noise, misconduct, or behavior that violates the community guidelines—will be charged to the tenant.

- When ordering delivery, please go down to the front desk to pick up your packages. Delivery personnel are not permitted inside the condominium.

- Pets are allowed upon prior request: mini (up to 5 kg) and small (6 to 15 kg) breeds only.
