We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during the stay.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

Appartement très ensoleillé, mais sans store ni rideau dans le salon complètement vitré, la chaleur est intenable l’après midi, pas de brasseur d’air ni de clim non plus dans cette partie de l’appartement. Le sol de l’appartement n’était pas propre. L’immeuble est ancien et pas insonorisé. Mise à part cela, l’appartement est très spacieux et très bien situé, la serrure électronique très pratique.

A acomodação é exatamente como nas fotos. Ampla, bem dividida e equipada. O único problema que enfrentamos foi o atraso da pessoa que deveria nos receber e, como não foi possível entrar com o carro na garagem, tivemos que ficar dando voltas no quarteirão pois, embora tenhamos fornecido todos os dados no cadastro preenchido previamente, o porteiro do edifício não tinha essas informações. A pessoa que foi nos recepcionar nunca havia estado no apartamento e, embora tenha sido extremamente gentil e atenciosa, não pode nos dar as informações que precisávamos. Mas esse contratempo não tirou o brilho de nossa estadia.

Es segunda vez que me quedo en un alojamiento de Omar y debo decir que no me arrepiento, en cuanto a la atencion con mi familia y conmigo fue super bien, muy atentos y receptivos. Con respecto al departamento nos fuimos enamorados de todo, la vista a la playa totalmente perfecta, la cocina y baños super limpios, la sala muy amplia y bonita lo unico que le agregaria serian por lo menos un ventilador mas donde esta el area de relax que es totalmente perfecta, las habitacion de muy buen tamaño las camas son comodas pero podrian ser mejores, los aires acondicionado nuevos todos y funcionan perfecto, como una recomendacion adicional puedo decir que traten de cambiar las cobijas(cubre camas, plumon etc.) ya que algunas son muy rasposas y es incomodo al momento de dormir, fuera de eso todo todo perfecto, nos quedariamos aqui nuevamente sin pensarlo, espero volver muy pronto y muchas gracias por todo.
