Located in a condominium complete with swimming pool, games room, sauna and sports courts, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of Búzios with family and friends.

Important to know:

Please be advised that the swimming pool area will be closed for work from 26/08/2024. It will reopen as soon as the work has been completed. During this period, the beach area in front of the club will continue to operate as normal.

In the accommodation you will find:

2nd Suite (1st floor): Queen size bed (200cm x 180cm), split air conditioning, closet with hangers, blackout and translucent curtain and clothes rack.

3rd Suite (external access): Queen size bed (190cm x 160cm), split air conditioning, floor fan, smart TV, closet with hangers, blackout curtain, workstation and armchair.

4th Suite (external access): 2 single beds (190cm x 90cm), split air conditioning, smart TV, chest of drawers for storing clothes and blackout curtain.

Kitchen: frost-free fridge, 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, blender, Nespresso coffee maker (220V), water filter, sink with disposal, cookware, kitchen and cooking items, ceiling fan and dining table with chairs.

Mini pantry (external access - between suites 3 and 4): fridge, microwave and sink.

Other: 8kg washer and 6kg dryer, iron, tank and clothes drying rack.

The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is a loss of signal with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to the malfunctioning of the service provider.

We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

- Please pick up delivery orders at the concierge. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

- Pets accepted on request.
