We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- Pets allowed on request

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Foi uma estadia ótima , o local é tranquilo , a casa é exatamente como nas fotos, estava limpa , bem equipada , já possui toalhas e lençóis de boa qualidade , fica um pouco longe das praias e centro de búzios , mas vale a pena

A casa é super nova e os ambientes são como nas fotos. Tem um mercadinho e um hortifrúti pequeno bem perto, para compras simples. a casa estava super limpa, organizada. a piscina e churrasqueira otimas. Recomendo a casa!!! O único ponto que tivemos como má experiência foi na confirmação da reserva. Tivemos que envolver a área de Airbnb. Além disso, no check-in, haviam combinado que uma pessoa estaria lá, mas isso não aconteceu. O procedimento de entrada era outro, e descobrimos isso somente quando entramos em contato com a equipe do Omar. Depois do check-in tudo foi muito bem, respondiam de imediato as perguntas, com muita atenção. recomendo!
