Notes:

- In addition to the four bathrooms in the suites, the property also features a half-bath in the TV room on the second floor.

- Up to 3 cars can be parked in a row in front of the house, next to the sidewalk. Near the property, there is a setback area intended for vehicle maneuvering; we kindly ask that it not be used for parking.

- The house is located on a street with a steep incline; therefore, vehicles with lower horsepower may have difficulty climbing the hill.

You will have exclusive access to the house. The entire property is yours. It has four floors, and access is via stairs only.

Pool maintenance service is always available from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Maintenance is performed twice a week, with no fixed days.

At Condomínio dos Pássaros, you will find the following shared spaces: barbecue area, sports court, playground, games room, and market.
