- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during the stay.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

La ubicacion geográfica es buenísima con acceso a todo cerca, de un lado ipanema y al otro Copacabana. Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo 100%.
Um ótimo lugar para ficar no Rio! Região segura, tranquila, perto de supermercados, farmácias e restaurantes. Apartamento conforme anunciado, cama grande e confortável. Chuveiro esquenta muito bem, tem pressão excelente. Não tem filtro de água. O que fez falta na cozinha foram escorredor de macarrão, pegador de macarrão e escumadeira. Fora isso, quantidade boa de panelas, talhes e pratos. Cooktop excelente. A comunicação foi excelente. O porteiro do prédio foi muito gentil. Em resumo, indico muito!
Ficamos 10 dias e escolhemos principalmente pela localização, pois já conhecíamos a região. Tem pelo menos dois mercados (zona sul) super pertos e a região tem várias opções de bares e restaurantes. O apartamento é ideal para duas pessoas e a reforma deixou super moderno. É bem iluminado e ventilado. O atendimento em geral foi bom. Algumas melhorias que poderiam fazer diferença principalmente para quem fica mais de 1 semana como nosso caso como disponibilizar um jogo adicional de toalhas, sabão em pó, azeite e sal e um rolo adicional de papel higiênico. São itens difíceis de encontrar no mercado em quantidades pequenas. Disponibilizar um liquidificador também ajuda bastante.

Great location between Ipanema and Copacabana. Building seemed very secure and safe. Check in was easy despite us getting there late evening. Room was spacious enough and comfortable
We had issues with getting hot water but were offered a discount or change of apartment which we were happy with. Walls are quite thin so can sometimes hear neighbours, but nothing too disruptive.

La ubicación excelente, era como Copanema, entre copa e Ipanema. El barrio un tanto peligroso, pero es por la falta de seguridad a nivel país.
A veces tenían demasiadas reglas para todo. Hay que dejar que las cosas fluyan, pero sin perder el norte.

Localização privilegiada entre Copacabana e Ipanema. É possível acessá-las a pé. A estrutura completa do apto, embora o prédio seja muito antigo. O atendimento da equipe de suporte é excepcional!
As chaves estão guardadas em um suporte com senha na porta do apartamento e o sistema de desencaixar e encaixar o suporte não é de fácil manuseio.
