- It is mandatory to submit identification documents and facial recognition data for all guests included in the reservation prior to the check-in date. Without this information, check-in will not be possible. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- Visitors are not permitted at this property.

- After 10:00 PM, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
