- The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is signal loss with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctioning of the service provider.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment. The accommodation is entirely yours.

The Barra Bella condominium has two entrances:

- Via Av. Lúcio Costa, with a security gate operating from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.;

- Via Av. Peregrino Junior, with a security gate operating 24 hours a day.

In the condominium, you will find the following shared spaces:

- Adult and children’s swimming pools:

Hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

(Closed on Mondays for maintenance.)

- Gym:

Hours: Daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Not permitted for children under 15 years old.)

- Sauna:

Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.;

Friday, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.;

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

- Games room:

Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
