Suite 3 - Hallway next to the kitchen (1st floor): double bed (188cm x 138cm), split air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, wardrobe with hangers, closet, and full-length mirror.

Quadruple Room - Hallway next to the kitchen (1st floor): one double bed and one single bunk bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, wardrobe with hangers, and full-length mirror.

Kitchen (1st floor): refrigerator, freezer, 5-burner stove with oven, microwave, electric oven, single-serve electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, blender, water purifier with natural, cold, and ice-cold water, dining table with 6 seats, and cooking utensils.

Other: iron with ironing board and clothesline for drying clothes.

Note: in addition to the 3 bathrooms in the suites, the accommodation has a guest bathroom (between the quadruple room and suite 3) and a half bathroom (next to suite 2), both on the 1st floor.

Garage: 2 uncovered parking spaces, located in front of the house, identified with the number 10.

Internet: 1 GB for the condominium.

The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is signal loss with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctioning of the service provider.

You will have exclusive access to the house. The accommodation is entirely yours.

At Condomínio Village Geribá you will find the following shared spaces:

- Swimming pool: every day from 9am to 6pm.

- Steam room.

- Barbecue: use subject to separate payment.
