We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- To use the parking space, you will need to send the model, color and license plate of the vehicle.
- It is compulsory for all visitors to send their identification document at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Excelente apartamento! Móveis e utensílios novos, limpo, organizado, fácil acesso, atendimento 5 estrelas, todos muito educados e rápidos. As fotos do anúncio são fiéis, mas Superou minhas espectativas, porque o apto é melhor ao vivo do que nas fotos. Eu escolhi esse apto pq já conhecia a localização, que é perfeita, perto da praia e de tudo, não precisa de carro pra fazer nada. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar nesse e em outros apartamentos do Omar Do Rio, a viagem foi perfeita.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado — a poucas quadras da praia e do metrô, além de ser cercado por restaurantes, mercados e farmácias.
Check-ins e check-outs foram simples e rápidos, e o time da Omar do Rio respondeu as mensagens de forma sempre educada e em tempo relativamente curto.
O interior era espaçoso, tudo estava limpo, e havia coerência com as fotos. A experiência foi muito boa, o que nos permitiu aproveitar a cidade e a praia.
Pontos a melhorar: quarto e living room são de frente para uma rua bastante movimentada, dia e noite. Janelas à prova de barulho seriam ideais, ou pelo menos vedações completas.
Utensílios de cozinha e roupas de cama e banho na casa eram bastante simples. Pela localização, eu esperava que itens como filtros de café, e amenidades básicas para cozinha e lavanderia já estivessem disponíveis.
Recomendo a estadia, e o serviço da equipe Omar do Rio!

O apartamento é muito bom e funcional. Para quem quer ficar no Rio em uma área onde tudo como bons restaurantes, bons mercados e bares, além de shopping, cinema e teatros, o apartamento é perfeito.
Estava tudo limpo e as coisas bem cuidadas.
A única coisa que achei que poderia ter era uma troca de toalhas e roupa de cama, ficamos mais de 10 dias e isso era um tanto óbvio, mas o anfitrião disse que era só pedir, coisa que não fizemos porque lavamos.
