Kitchen: refrigerator, 4-burner stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, water purifier, air fryer, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, wine glasses, and cooking utensils.

Other: hair dryer, 10.5 kg/7 kg washer and dryer, clothesline, and steamer.

Internet: 400 Mbps.
