Studio: queen size bed (198cm x 158cm), sofa bed (140cm x 180cm), 40" smart TV with GloboPlay, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, clothes rack with hangers, luggage rack, and dining table with seats.

Kitchen: refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, air fryer, blender, sandwich maker, wine glasses, and cooking utensils.

Other: hair dryer, clothesline, and steamer (clothes vaporizer).

Internet: 300 Mbps.

The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is signal loss with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctioning of the service provider.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment. The accommodation is entirely yours.

The building has 24-hour remote concierge service (no doorman). Access is via facial recognition.

The condominium offers the following shared leisure areas, such as a swimming pool, terrace, gym, and laundry room.

- Swimming pool: open Tuesday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Closed on Mondays for maintenance.)

- Gym: open daily, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

- Shared laundry room in the condominium, with a fee.

- Gourmet Area/Terrace: Common area, space available for guests, except when rented or reserved. It is prohibited to use this area for parties, events, or meetings, as well as for any activity of a political, religious, or commercial nature.
