We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events will not be allowed.
- Respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management, related to the behavior of tenants, such as loud music, bad behavior, or posture that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Omar was a responsive host. Communication was excellent. The place is Very close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place looks better in the photos. The apartment is not cozy, needs some care, and looks dated. There is an opening in the kitchen with no privacy (people from other apartments can see you when you walk in the kitchen) and when you look down is awful. I think a window or curtain is needed. The apartment does not invite you to come back after a day at the beach or a night out. In conclusion, it is not the type of place that I look for when I am on vacation.

The place is good for friends that are looking to party in Rio, but not great for a romantic get away. The location is amazing if you wanna enjoy Ipanema and its beautiful beach, but the road is very noise and you can hear it all inside your room (bring your earplugs with you). The apartment is business owned and has got not charm, but internet connection is good and so are the appliances. The communication was very good although I never understood why they charge the extra money for late check out if it is a self check out (180 reais after 22h)- maybe they have to pay someone to be alert on email if check in fails, thats my guess. They were very nice and let us do a late check out. It was overall a good experience and I recommend for the price and location.

Apartamento bem amplo, limpo, ótimo chuveiro. localização excelente, perto de várias lojas, restaurantes, praça e duas quadras da praia. Tem na sexta-feira uma feira na praça que é ótima. Prédio bem seguro, com porteiro 24 horas, check-in e check-out sem problemas, bem tranquilo.

O espaço corresponde ao que as fotos mostram e é amplo. Além disso é muito bem localizado próximo a bares e restaurantes da região e também da praia.
A equipe é solicita e respondeu com rapidez.
Único ponto que pode ser importante para quem tem dificuldade para dormir é o barulho de carros e ônibus na rua durante a noite.

El departamento esta ubicado en una sola privilegiada de Ipanema, es enorme, el servicio de wifi, la ducha y el acceso digital son excelentes.
Lo único que nos sorprendió es que la cocina y el lavadero están abiertos al exterior y no tiene ni cerramiento ni ventana ni rejas, como los otros pisos, pareciera que falta terminarlo, ya que el departamento no queda cerrado totalmente porque desde el patio interno de la PB con una escalera se podría ingresar a todo el departamento, o si hay animales también podrían. Calculo que todavía no esta terminado porque se solucionaría con una puerta rebatible en la cocina como la que existe en el segundo baño y en el living.
El departamento cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, y suele ser ruidoso los fines de semana. La compañia de alquiler responde a la brevedad.

Show de bola, localização ótima, apartamento com um ar condicionado que surpreendeu a todos, gelando em segundos o calor carioca, acredito que por ser face-sul isso também ajudava bastante. Camas boas, banheiro bom. Tem tudo perto numa quadra, distribuidora, bares, burger king, subway, americanas, gelateria, lojas de roupa, fora que em menos de 5 minutos a pé você está na praia!

Extremamente encantada com a estadia e com o atendimento da equipe do Omar do Rio! O apartamento é de excelente localização (perto da praia, restaurantes, bares, supermercados, comércio, e além de ser ao lado do metrô!), bem cuidado e equipado. Eu e meu grupo adoramos a estadia!
O único ponto que pode vir a ser um incômodo para alguns hóspedes é a claridade que entra pelas frestas das cortinas, e o barulho de veículos (carros e ônibus) vindos da rua durante a noite. Mas esses não foram grandes problemas para nós!
