We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events will not be allowed.
- Respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

excellent location, close to everything you could need. I will probably stay here again. I definitely recommend this apartment, but future guests should juat be aware that the couch in the living room isn't super comfortable and the biggest TV in the house is an older smart TV so you can't log in to Max or Apple TV Plus. other than that, the place is wonderful.

Had a great two-week stay here. Great location close to the grocery store, Leblon shopping, the metro, restaurants, and most importantly only a short walk to the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

An amazing find! We had a fantastic stay as a family of three, with a one year old. The location is amazing, it felt super safe at all hours, with friendly doormen to greet you on the way in.
The apartment itself looked exactly like the photos. And it had a lot of useful kitchen stuff in it. The TVs, washing machine, bed, showers were all excellent.
Communication with the host was quick and easy, and made our late arrival and late check out a breeze. We would highly recommend this for any small family looking for a base in the heart of Ipenema.

Very nice apartment with a great location. Nice that it has 2 bathrooms and a good equipped kitchen.
Communication was very fast but it went a bit difficult, as they didn't always reply on the question or answer itself, which led to miscommunication and frustration from both sides. And I think the amount of details of personal information that you have to share in order to stay there is very strict comparing to other accommodations. That a side, they were very flexible in us being able to stay a few hours more than the check out time, so that was very helpful and friendly.
Overall a very good accommodation to stay in! Would recommend.

The staying went smoothly and the apt easily accommodated a family of 2 adults and one child for 7 days. The apt is comfortable, well decorated, and the communication was always prompt and easy with the host. The location is great in Ipanema, but the qty of homeless people in front of the building requires security concerns. There is noise from the street during the night (mostly bus engines), so it’s not suitable for light sleepers.

Great apartment in a perfect location! Just a couple of blocks away from the beach and the beautiful lake. We loved having an stocked kitchen, washing machine, Nespresso, and desk to work from. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Fast and reliable WiFi, too!

ótima localização, com supermercado, farmácia, táxi, restaurante bem próximos ao AP. fomos em 4 pessoas. o AP acomoda no quarto, sala e dependência da empregada, com colchão no chão. foi muito bom pois não ficávamos no AP. só dormíamos aí, então nós serviu muito bem. recomendo para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, sem medo de errar. AP vc completo 3 ar, condicionados, 2 tvs, wi-fi, etc.

Adoramos o apartamento, super bem localizado numa das principais ruas d e Ipanema, com comércio e bastante movimento. O prédio tem porteiro e o apartamento é bastante confortável. Surpreendeu pela positiva, é ainda mais acolhedor que nas fotografia. Super recomendo!!

O apartamento é excelente, exatamente como nas fotos. Limpíssimo, tudo novinho, com decoração bacana, ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, smart TV. Sem contar que fica em um lugar privilegiado, perto tanto da praia quanto da Lagoa, e com muuuuuuitos restaurantes e comércios de ótima qualidade ao redor - é um adianto e tanto na vida do turista. Check-in/out fácil e descomplicado. Eu e minha família adoramos e pretendemos ficar aqui novamente quando voltarmos ao Rio!
