We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during the stay.

- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.

- Parties and/or events will not be allowed.

- Respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

Ótima localização, próximo a supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes e comidas mais baratas também (Pensão da Bica indico), metrô, lojas e claro acesso rápido a Pedra do Arpoador, Praia de Copa e Praia de Ipanema. O Ap está em uma circunferência que permite fazer muitos passeios, compras e alimentação a pé. Nas vias secundárias se descola uma vaga para o carro. O Ap é super estiloso, o quarto de casal é enorme e a sala acomoda duas ou três pessoas facilmente. Indico, obtemos uma ótima estadia!

El apartamento de Rodrigo es muy confortable, cuenta con todos servicios y electrodomésticos necesarios,la ubicación es inmejorable y el edificio muy seguro. Volvería a contratar! Gracias Omar

Estuvimos 11 días. El departamento es muy luminoso y ventilado, ideal para dos personas. Da al frente del edificio, en un último piso. Muy buena la ubicación! Lindo barrio! Está muy cerca del metro, de supermercados y tiendas, y de las playas más lindas de Copacabana e Ipanema. Además está ubicado a metros de la avenida donde pasan todas las líneas de colectivos que te llevan a distintos puntos turísticos. El edificio es muy seguro (con vigilancia 24 hs). La comunicación con Rodrigo y Omar (su administrador) fue excelente!! Gracias!

This spot in Rio was perfect for a short or long term stay. It was a lovely location, just steps away from fun restaurants and the beach. It was an easy walk into Ipanema or Copacabana -- very central! There was also wonderful supermarket nearby which was an added plus. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. One night we had thought we lost our keys -- and someone from the team was there to help us within 5 minutes -- great service and we really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and stocked with supplies. Thanks!

Great place to stay a few nights in Rio de Janeiro, really close to both Copacabana and Ipananema beaches. The apartment is very nice for a couple. The kitchen is very small but that's not too bad. It was very clean when we arrived and the bed is comfortable.

Gostamos muito do apto! Exatamente como nas fotos, super aconchegante, limpo, com tudo que precisávamos. Encontramos o apto em ótimo estado, não tivemos nenhum problema. Pegamos alguns dias de chuva, então ter um bom lugar para ficar foi ótimo. O apto fica bem localizado, bem perto do metrô (o que nos ajudou muito para turistar rs), com restaurantes, farmácia, e tudo o que precisávamos perto, além de ser seguro. Ter uma boa localização fez toda a diferença! Algumas sugestões, mas não críticas (porque realmente gostamos). Uma cortina blackout na sala seria útil para privacidade (dado que tem um prédio ao lado), não foi algo que nos atrapalhou mas seria interessante. A pressão da água do chuveiro poderia ser um pouco mais forte, do filtro da cozinha tbm. tivemos uma ótima comunicação com o anfitrião, por alguns motivos precisávamos de flexibilidade no check in e check out e foi resolvido prontamente. amamos o apto, com certeza voltaremos quando estivermos no Rio!
